I bought a Subaru here, it was so rusty that it only passed inspection at the Citgo down the street because the mechanic there is friends with this dealership, all the cars on the lot had their inspection done there. Soon as the warranty expired, the car broke down, timing belt snapped, dealership told me it was my responsibility to replace it, but before I bought the car the owner Toufi told it was good for another 100,000 miles.

Had a terrible experience shopping for a car here, the car failed inspection 2 times in a row and when I asked for a refund the dealership stopped answering my calls and was always busy when I tried to see the manager Toufic eventhough before the sale he answered my calls and was available to meet any time.

I bought a Toyota Matrix here last summer and it's been nothing but a headache, wheel bearings needed to be replaced, radiator and transmission cooler leaking, brakes started to make noise, and then ac stopped working, good thing the winter is here already. It's the worst car I've ever owned, every time I drive it I get this dreadful feeling that something else might break.

Was just here, first of all there are no cars on the lot except for some broken down and crashed junk covered in blue tarps as well as an old boat as seen in the photos submitted by honest reviewers, second of all they are the same people as TJ auto service which also has a bad reputation. If you don't believe me go to Winchester Police Station and find out for yourself, there was an investigation involving Hadi's of selling a car without a title and failing to deliver it to the customer who drove the car unregistered until they got pulled over because Hadi's told them it's ok to drive like this in the mean time.
