I have purchased 9 vehicles at Bonnell Ford. I just bought an Escape Hybrid and the salesman, Richard King, was outstanding. He knows the product line, is engaging and personable, works to meet your needs but not try to oversell you on a car, and made the entire process from start to finish easy. I recommend the Ford products, this dealership but Richard King is outstanding. He is the reason Bonnell gets 5 stars!nErin M

These guys have consistently been underwhelming for both repairs and service. You would think I would have learned my lesson. I have now. I can only conclude that the reviews on this page are planted. Don’t believe a word of it. I bought the truck there so you would think they would take care of me. Not a chance. Take last summer. Took it in because the tire pressure alarm went off. $200 later they said it just needed to be reset. Several days later alarm went off again. Took it to an independent mechanic. He identified the problem as the batteries in the tire pressure sensors and quickly fixed it. This week was a simple oil change and tire rotation. Dropped it off at 7:30 in the morning. 5pm it was still not done. Told them to forget about the rotation. $160 bill. Just terrible. I am almost embarrassed for them.

They were honest and did what they said they would do. I went in 2 p.m. on day one, test drove the vehicle, agreed on price of my trade and new vehicle. On day 2 at 10:30 a.m. appointment I left atnnoon with new vehicle. They took care of previous/new loan at my credit union, registration transfer, new state vehicle inspection, ezpass toll transponder transfer, full tank of gas. Everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Bonnell Ford in Winchester MA and my salesman Richard King to anyone looking to acquire a vehicle.

My Air Conditioner unit went out during the hottest weather possible, Bonnell Ford help me make an appointment to bring in my car and serviced it in a timely fashion. They also arranged a Loaner since my vehicle needed 48 hours to provide the repair and take care of a recall. I was quite satisfied with the services provided.

The service team is excellent. Total pros and fair costs. I don’t go anywhere else for service. Super nice people who treat you well. I’m always impressed with their attention to details and honesty.
