I can't recommend this shop highly enough. My insurance company sent me to them after a tree fell on my car during a wind storm. This happened to also be smack in the middle of the COVID-19 crisis. Everyone, especially Daniel, was extremely conscientious, professional, and considerate during what was a difficult time to conduct business. They kept me up to date with daily progress reports, and were even able to finish the job one day ahead of schedule. The end result looks perfect. Daniel even went the extra mile (or nine miles, to be exact) and delivered the car to my door when the work was finished. Huge thanks to all involved for making what could have been a stressful experience completely painless. Hi -Tech would be the only shop I'd call for any future auto body needs. Thanks again.

Had the wheels stolen and glasses shattered in my accord. Took it to this body shop. They did an impeccable job. More than happy to recommend this place. ! Keep up this great work.

I was sent here by Geico when I scuffed up my car in a fender bender and the service here was fantastic. They replaced my bumper, moldings, and painted my car to perfection. The owner even went above and beyond and buffed out some scratches I had on my hood from scraping off ice in the winter. I will definitely come here again over going back to Cambridge Honda to get fleeced. Good people.

I just recently moved back to the Boston area after living in New Jersey for 8 years. In those 8 years I had never been involved in a car accident. 3 weeks after moving back to the Boston area and I was rear ended. My baby was hurt and she did not look good.nnThankfully I had my friends at Hi-Tech Auto Body take care of her and she is looking better than ever. Danny and his team were amazing. Laura handled dealing with the insurance companies, Danny had lined up a rental for me and Princess Leia was always happy to greet me at the door. Wonderful people and a pleasure to work with. Could not recommend them more. If you’re in need of Auto Repair and are in Middlesex county MA, give them a call and you will be blown away.
