Tom was very straightforward and honest, and helped me find the car I was looking for. He even gave me a recommendation for insurance which saved me over $100/mo from what I had been quoted earlier that day. If I'm ever looking to buy another car I will come to Tom first.nnEDIT 9.21.2020nnI really can't recommend this dealership after dealing with their service department over the last couple of years. Once they messed up my brakes so badly that I had to bring it in 4 times to get them to replace them correctly. They seized up on the highway to the point where it was hard to accelerate. brought the car back, they ensured me it was fixed and then it would happen again... they did give me a free clutch during this experience (it broke during their road test).nn6 months later they told me my warranty was expired (it wasn't). I was ensured that it had expired, and that the service rep had talked to sales to confirm. I called sales, and asked and they said my warranty was valid. I called service back and he told me that the person I talked to was new...nnAt the end of the day I had to bring my paper warranty contract into the shop to get them to honor it.nnHonestly I don't think that the service rep was trying to pull a quick one on me or anything, but these two experiences have definitely made me lose my faith in the service at this dealership. Do yourself a favor and get the service done somewhere else.

Having been to multiple dealerships when we were looking for a new car, we can say without hesitation that Cityside Subaru was the most pleasant to work with. Rob, one of the salespeople, had truly excellent service. He suggested various ideas to fit our budget and interests, looked into used car options, and was very responsive and helpful both in person and over email.

Picked up my 2021 forester here today, happy with the car. Joe provided outstanding service and explained things thoroughly. The internet sales team was OK - the lease agreement initially did not line with the deal we agreed on verbally, but was quickly corrected once pointed out, so I will give them benefit of the doubt.

Went in for a recall repair. The guys at the counter were quick and efficient. I left with a no hassle loaner car for the day and pickup was just as fast in the evening.

Beware of taking your car here. My husband took his wonderful car there and these people clearly don't care for other people's property. They scratched the hell out of the car also dirty hand marks everywhere. Do yourself a favor and take it somewhere trustworthy and somewhere where they will properly take care of your car. citywide you suck
