First time there, will most likely buy a car from them. Family owned business with friendly, no-pressure sales staff. They made the process very comfortable so far.nnUpdate: 7/18/20nI ended up purchasing my vehicle from them and have been using them for routine maintenance. Couldn't ask for a better experience every time I go...the car buying process was stress-free. The maintenance shop is very courteous and efficient, I felt I didn't wait any length of time for them to be done. During the pandemic, they did a great job on creating a safe place for customers to wait and followed the state ordered procedures very well.nnUpdate: 11/17/20nOnce again, excellent experience at the maintenance shop. Nick took care of my & really went above & beyond!nnI am very happy with all of my experiences with Mirak and will continue to use them in the future!

I have had my Hyundai Tucson serviced several times at Mirak. They are always professional and helpful. This past time I was worried about waiting in the waiting room. They suggested I drop the car off the night before. That worked out great and when I came back the following day, the car was ready! Thank you for keeping me safe.

I had previously had such a terrible experience at the Pride Hyundai in Lynn so I decided to try them out. Incredible service!!! Larry worked hard to be sure I was satisfied and his communication was impeccable. I was expecting for my car to take days (it needed a lot of work) to be finished. I was done in a few hours!

It was a great experience. Other dealerships pale in compassion to Mirak Hyundai. Dave Cuticchai was an amazing salesperson and advisor, guiding us each step of the way. He spent time with us and took a deep dive into all of the details of the car, making it very easy for us. This experience couldn't have been better!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Mirak Hyundai. I initially went for an oil change and tire rotation which was done quickly. While my car was being serviced, it was discovered that I needed to replace my 5 year old battery. I was glad I to be informed of my battery's status so I could be proactive rather than have my battery die when I least expected.
