Service department personnel were friendly and attentive and were able to schedule my service appointment for only a few days days later. I was told over the phone, several days prior, that appointments were 3 weeks out so I was pleasantly surprised by the quick scheduling.nnBeing new to the area, I also will need an inspection for registration which is a short turn mandate by the state. The Service folks assured me they'd take care of me inside of that 7 day requirement. I was greatly appreciative of that as well.
Can't get anyone to return a phone call! It's hard trying to support local businesses during COVID when they don't seem to can't to be supported.nnResponse to owner: I wish you returned my phone calls as promptly as you replied to my review. Too late; I had no choice but to take my business elsewhere. I use my bike as primary transportation in the summer.
Great experience with GBM, buying process was very easy and staff was extremely helpful, would highly recommend them for you motorsport needs.
A couple of weeks ago I was on a roadtrip and my bike left me stranded. Seemed like it was electronics but I was not sure. I called up to the dealership and Big Bob was very accommodating. He helped me arrange transportation for my bike to the dealership. Even though it was a quick fix, Alec Devito and Bob started working on my bike on a Saturday,to help me get back on the road as soon as possible. Really appreciate the effort they make at BGM for travelers!
As a new rider I had very little experience purchasing a bike, however the sale team worked very closely with me to find the best bike for my needs. It goes a very long way to have a team that is looking out for you & low pressure, I would highly recommend.
