I have made 2 vehicle purchases and have not one complaint about the Boardman Byrider. The sales team and service team are excellent with their customers and will work their hardest to get you what you want and need. I Will continue to be a loyal customer of theirs for years to come.

Would not return as a customer. I bought a car from them at 122k miles for $356 a month. After not even a year of owning it, I needed engine work done to the car that would basically require a new motor instead of just fixing what was wrong with the engine components. I asked for a quote on what needed fixed and they stated it was a 30 hour job and that I would be better off getting a new motor and I asked for a quote on the motor and they quoted me $4500. While I still had $9000 to pay off on the vehicle. So I just bit the bullet and took my upside down loan from JD Byrider and went to buy a newer more reliable car, and I’m still upside down from the car JD byrider sold me. I wouldn’t buy another car from them ever again. Took my years to build my credit up and now that it’s stable I won’t ever return to them. Their service department wasn’t reliable on returning phone calls, and their sales department called me about trying to make a deal the Monday after I bought my new car. Very unhappy with the way they run things. You’re better off trying somewhere else.

Went in with low expectations and thinking extremely outrageous monthly payment but I was very surprised and extremely grateful and happy with the service I received and I drove out of there with a great car and no problems. Like to thank Angie and Andrew. They were great to work with and will refer people to this establishment..ud83dude03

Very pleased every time I have to have my car fixed!! This time it took a little longer then I would of liked but I understand it takes time with somethings!! I wish they was open on the weekend tho! They took it upon theirselves to also change my oil and did not charge me so that’s also a plus!!

When all hope seemed lost, these guys and (gal) not only got me approved...put me in exactly what I wanted, color and all!!! Super easy, fast and very nice crew!!! Thank you for making this happen for me!!
