Taylor KIA is awesome. Friendly people made the car buying experience painless. I feel we got a great deal on the 2015 Soul.nnUpdate:nWhile the purchase experience was great, I'm disappointed in the service side of the dealership. Brought my Soul in and told them to replace rear brakes and do engine tune up also check why passenger air bag light is always on. Was told car not due for tune up till 60k miles. Sorry that doesn't fix the idle problem. I said replace brakes. I didn't want a paid inspection, I wanted new rotors and pads on the back, simple.nWas told no problem with air bag light. That bothers me. It's a sensor issue that my indicate possible air bag failure.nnI care for my life a little more than you guys apparently.nThe car is already at a local mechanic's and will be done to my satisfaction.nListen to your customers.nYou won't see me at Taylor ever again.

Taylor Kia was fantastic to do business with. Bill Burns took great care of me and worked hard to make the deal happen. I had three vehicles to choose from and three different dealers. My decision was coming down to who gave the best deal of the day and Taylor Kia was the winner. The facility is very clean, modern, and customer friendly. Highly recommended if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.

Ridge was awesome. Made everything quick and easy. Being my first time buying a new car he walked me through everything. He even took my girlfriend and I too Olive Garden while remote start was being installed, so we could still eat the lunch we planned on.
