I've heard mixed reviews of this location, but my experience was great start to finish with the service department. They had a recall started and finished in 45 mins on my car which was 15 mins faster than quoted. Awesome job!

After 8 months with no radio in Honda needing a code to get working again, lady affiliated with service department took care of my problem personally within 3 minutes ! Thank you again

Staff (especially the GM) were extremely rude. Instead of being honest and saying they did not want to accept the Honda that we brought in to sell, they made up issues with the title and other documents provided. Went to the Honda dealer in Hermitage and had no issues. Sold our car without question. I would not recommend this place and will not be going back!
