I have to say I had the best experience ever with my recent purchase. Matt was amazing. He was very informative on the difference in the trim options of the Palisade. He was not pushy or just telling me what I wanted to hear to make a sale. He understood what I wanted in a vehicle and went above and beyond to find me the car I wanted. They didn’t have the Palisade I wanted in their inventory but he found me one. He kept me informed every step of the way. Which I greatly appreciated. He treated me with the up most respect which I can’t say the same for a few other dealers in Boardman . He even took the time to go over the vehicle with me before I took it home. I can’t thank him enough. If you are looking for a vehicle please stop in and ask for Matt Smith you won’t be disappointed . You have a ud83dudcaf % Satisfied customer. Bought a brand new Hyundai Santa Fe from Allan. wonderful sales representative. Answered all my questions in a timely manor. Didn’t jerk me around about things. Overall definitely a 5 star experience. I would definitely recommend him and Boardman Hyundai to a friend.

My husband and I purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe from Dave M. at Preston Hyundai of Boardman yesterday. I cannot say enough good things about this place and Dave is the best! He went above and beyond every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect vehicle for our family while staying in our price range. He was straight up and never pushy. Extremely helpful throughout the entire process and treated us like family. Dave took great care of us and I would tell anyone that is shopping for a car to go talk to him right now! Preston Hyundai as a whole was wonderful to work with as well… the building was clean and comfortable and every staff member that we encountered was friendly and helpful. Thanks again, Dave!!!

Dave the sales consultant took really good care of me. He knew it was my first time buying a car and treated me like family. Helped me understand things And how to build my credit! Brad the GM, gave me a really good deal on my car, the valve cover gasket was leaking oil but they are taking care of everything for me. If you need a car this is the place to go they treat you with respect and do everything they can to make you feel satisfied and happy with your purchase. I will definitely be going back!

I Love my new Santa Feud83dudc99ud83dudc99ud83dudc99 with all the Bells and whistles I wanted! I highly recommend this dealership and will continue my loyalty with them- they really went out for us!!
