I have had many great experiences with service on my old car, and now with the purchase of a previously owned vehicle at Lexus of Toledo. I cannot say enough about the customer service and care from everyone involved in the process. Each member of the team makes you feel valued and appreciated as a customer. Tim was able to find a car tailored to my needs. Jason and Kyle helped me with my purchase and the process of getting my new car, and Tommy did an excellent job working with me in service. What an amazing crew!! Thanks for everything!

Jim Schenk went above and beyond in providing a great car buying experience. Prior to making the drive from Cleveland, Jim sent us detailed pictures of the vehicle we were interested in, was transparent and answered every question we had. Once we decided to make the trip out, he was very accommodating and ensured the test drive and paperwork portion of the process was smooth. I would recommend seeing Jim if you’re interested in purchasing a vehicle from Lexus of Toledo.

James Schenk is an asset to this team and he made the whole buying experience easy and answered all my questions promptly. I drove 3 hours on a one way car rental, he picked me up from Hertz and took me to the dealership, had the vehicle cleaned and detailed, with all my paperwork ready just as we had talked about and no last minute surprises. I got the deal I structured and they didn’t try to mess with the numbers and were straight with me, ensuring they will get my business again.
