I went in not knowing if we could place an order at the register. It was a see it want it kind of decision. So I go in and the young gentleman took my order and I let him know I would wait out in the parking lot. He told me it would be 15 minutes. As I was getting ready to go in to get my order there was the young man waiting with it. I did not expect that! So thank you to Scott for being so nice and courteous today.

I know that it gets busy and it takes a while for delivery. I ordered on the app and it said 1hr 30min wait no worries I work nights I just layer back down and told my boyfriend to lesson for the door. After two hours no pizza I called they said they were behind and I understand,but mine is on its way and another hour or so latter I got my pizza no discount no I am sorry no nothing. I work fast food and I know it happens but I would have gave a discount or a free item or something to make up for a 3 he wait on a fold over and a pizza

Our pizza arrived about 25 min after I received the text that it was out. It was also cold and starting to get hard. The wings were good but they were similar to pizza. Getting cold and since it had been so long all the sauce had gone to the bottom. Very disappointed.

Not a fan of the delivery tracker. I want to be clear - the food was fine, not the best experience I've had but not the worst, and it came at the very end of the estimated amount of time but still within it. But I'm in a spot where I need to know when the delivery happens, so I can avoid other people I live with because they suck ud83dude43 and 20 mins after one of the people I live with came to me and was like hey did you order something the tracker still just says that the order is out for delivery. So, apparently it doesn't ever tell you whether it was actually delivered and that sucks.

I ordered pizza online a couple weeks ago. It called for my pizza to be here 30 to 45 minutes. My pizza did not arrive for an hour and a half. I never called to complain because I realize life is a little crazy at this time. However pizza hut on their own acknowledged the mistake and made it right by sending a coupon for a free large pizza to my email!!!! Thank you pizza hut.
