Very friendly and courteous, quick with filling out my order. I will be back quite often!
Placed an order for delivery, the delivery address was about .4 miles away since i am not able to leave work. I had to call since i haven't seen my order that has been out for delivery for 45 minutes exactly. Called and they said it would be delivered soon and that was all. I asked for a refund since my break is over now and she said she would refund the money and cancel the order in the next few business days. So thanks for the terrible customer service, much appreciated.

Consistent, and that's all I want from The Pepe. This branch was actually really slow this past visit but I still love the subs.
Usually takes 30 to 45 minutes for delivery. I can see this location from my window. Location always has excuses. If you email corporate they will state it's franchised and they will reach out. That is the end of that discussion don't waste your time.
