Parking lot is a cluster
Super nice employees and fast service. And great sweet tea!!
Went to the drive thru and ordered food. They forgot 2 of my burgers and the fries I ordered were old and cold. My sprite tasted like soda water and my burger was supposed to be plain and it wasn’t. Then I called no one answered. I called again a very nice manager answered and told me she would fix my order. I arrived and got my food “fixed”. I checked the fries they tasted the exact same as last time the weren’t fresh at all. My soda was still basically soda water and my burger while finally made correctly it was not made fresh. This is probably the worst McDonald’s that I have ever been to.
Service poor. Women are rude and they act like you are bothering them by just being there. Every time I ask for a receipt, they tell me it's in the bag. ( It's NEVER been in the bag.) So now I check the bag before I pull away. First time she was so angry and ultimately gave me the WRONG receipt. Last time I was there, when I asked the older women for receipt she yelled at me and told me to park and wait for someone to bring it out. I said no. I'm not going to wait and have my food get cold...just to get my receipt. She yelled and threw a fit. I am a 60yr old polite woman, not deserving of that kind of treatment. Their cold, stale food is just not worth it anymore. My grandsons will just have to go without.
