We had a cash order and two credit card orders and they charged THREE separate delivery fees to one place!! Then $1.00 processing fee for each credit card on top of that! I called to talk to the manager and was told that was just the way it is as far as the delivery charge and the $1.00 processing fee was standard business practice. I have NEVER had to pay three separate delivery charges nor have I ever had to pay a processing fee!!! Then my chicken salad was mostly lettuce so it was a very expensive box of lettuce. They got two stars bc they were quick in delivering but will not be ordering from EOC again.
Pizza is good but they Brought me a salad with all shredded lettuce in it like you would put on a taco. Yuck! That’s not what I think of when I ask for a salad. Dougie johns is where it’s at with the salads
Good pizza! Location is good, easy in&out. Polite service. Only complaint&thing that makes me anxious is some workers not wearing masks properly, under the nose, ugh!
I wish I could give this place zero stars. After having my subs delivered my wife received a sub with bread and mayonnaise only. I called to find out what happened and they said it must’ve been something with the online ordering system and that it was my fault. Then the gentleman who answered the phone began to argue with me and told me that he even laughed when the order came through online. When I asked why they wouldn’t have taken the opportunity to call they said they don’t have time when they are busy. Seriously? Last time I’ll ever order food here again. When I called back and asked to speak to a manager I was hung up on. This is what you get when you let kids run a business.
Good stuff, tasty boi pizza, couldn’t be happier. You guys have outdone yourselves to be sure, you better keep up the good work because I’m gonna have to munch down on the whole shop if this pizza gets any better.
