Love the pizza, hate the customer service. The people on the phone act like I’m inconveniencing them by ordering or calling to say I’m here. Ordered tonight, was told to pick it up in 45 minutes. Got to the parking lot and called to say I was there- waited another half hour for them to bring my pizza out.
On Saturday, 11/28/2020 I ordered a pizza, cheese bread, and 2 salads online. I was told I could pick up the order at 11:30am. I arrived at 11:29am and called the number as the sign on the door stated and was told that they had no lettuce and he was waiting on a driver to get some and bring back. At 12:06pm I saw the driver arrive with the lettuce and within 5 minutes, they brought out my order. The pizza and the cheese sticks were cold already as they did not wait to make.nNeedless to say, I was very unsatisfied with my purchase. Not only was the food cold, I waited an additional 40 minutes in their parking lot.
The driver was late and the subs were cold. They are trying there best but there still not good.
Soft pizza with other menu items not at any other pizza place. Check it out its carryout or delivery at good prices.
Amazing hand made. Highly recommend
