Great experience with this company. They fixed our heat on the day after Christmas when every other heating/cooling place was closed. After they fixed it, they gave us 18 options of how to replace our 1960's boiler. We chose to go with gas-forced air and it was installed and they took out the old boiler. They explained the whole process to us and Andy was there for any questions we had. They cleaned up after they were done and made sure the job was done to our standard. This company is very professional and helpful. Our new go-to company for heating/cooling, plumbing, and electrical.

Michael L did a great job with our HVAC and Electrical evaluation this Spring. He was very thorough, professional and friendly. He was also able to answer my questions in a clear manner and his explanations were understandable for me, a nontechnical person. He identified some items that could improve efficiency/longevity and provided a quote should I wish to have them completed. Again, a top notch experience with Beltz!

We have used Beltz many times because of the amazing services they provide. Everyone is friendly, professional and knowledgeable that I have worked with, and that goes from the office staff when I first call in to the technicians that show up at my house. On Tuesday evening, December 22nd, we noticed our house was getting colder and colder. I called Beltz first thing the next morning and Andy was at our house within an hour. It was determined that our furnace was bad and we needed a new one. Andrew Fitch showed up and went through our options with us. He was great and went through all the good and bad points for each option with our furnace being in an attic that isn't insulated. Our new furnace wouldn't be in until the next morning so Andrew ran back to the shop and brought over 2 space heaters for us to borrow for the night to stay warm, he went above and beyond. The next morning we had 4 technicians show up to install our new furnace and thermostat on Christmas Eve! They were friendly, courteous, professional and just all around awesome to work with. We felt so bad they had to work on Christmas Eve and they kept saying they were just happy to help and it was no bother at all. Thank you to Chuck, Andy, Mick and Shelton for helping us out and making our house warm again. We appreciate all you did for us and for saving Christmas for us! Beltz is always our first call because of the service we receive time and time again. You truly have the best crews around!

My 23 year old water heater finally decided to call it quits. Beltz was the first and only company that I called. Everyone that I spoke to on the phone was courteous and thorough. Same with Tyler, the technician that assessed and completed the job. Couldn't be more satisfied. I would surely recommend Beltz to friends and family.

Beltz has been a tremendous help for us with our new home. The quality of work and customer service exceeded my expectations. They are the best in the area hands down. My favorite thing is that they offer many services in one and you have opportunity to bundle/ get their semi annual home inspection for a low cost. Peace of mind is important when owning a home, and Beltz has been able to provide that for us even with the hiccups we have found. If you are looking for a family oriented business whom works together as a team to try to improve your home or any other aspect of your property then Beltz is the way to go.
