Every time we go to this location, we always receive a high level of unwanted attitude while ordering in the drive thru.. even on Christmas Eve... will gladly go to anywhere else due to this horrible employee.
Not the best costumer service. Have had several times where they run out of cream and splenda.
It's hit and miss here, overall decent, but can get a flub up once awhile
The phone number on the window for customer satisfaction went right to the store and when I asked about customer satisfaction number the woman laughed at me.nnWe order 12 donuts, we were told they didn't have the exact ones we wanted, ok no big deal. But when we got our order it wasn't even what ordered.nnThere is no place to turn around so if they don't have what you want and aren't willing to make it you're forced to sit through the line.nnI'll never be going back. I'll gladly give my business to people who care.
