I hope I'm leaving this on the correct Ables Inc., so many pop up in the search. I have a terrible furnace, I knew that when we bought the house but never have been able to replace it yet. I called the company I usually call when it stops working but they weren't able to make it today so I gave Ables a call. After my experience I have decided to switch HVAC companies for good! The technician was more informative than any other person I have had come look at this furnace, with having to fix this thing every 6 months that is a lot of different technicians, and very thorough to boot! I am very pleased with my service and the professionalism I experienced with these guys today! I highly recommend!

Was charged $580 for the tech to come out and charge my ac unit with 2lbs of freon and some leak detector since it was freezing up. Tech came back after it froze up again and said there was no leak, but charged me for another pound of freon. Was told it was a piston inside my line and would cost anywhere from $700-$900 to take out and fix. Called Rogers the next day who only charged me $100 to find the leak and told me I don't even have the part Ables was trying to fix. Disgusted for getting took so hard.

Had them come to fix a leak and they tried to say we didn't have a leak and that we had a piston issue which our unit doesn't even have. Had another company come out and sure enough it was a valve leak. They also set up a return visit to my house without my permission and just randomly showed up at my house. Overpriced, bad service and they do not know what they are doing.
