Great Wolf Lodge Water Park | Sandusky

Staff was helpful and friendly. Great family experience. Especially with toddlers and 7 and 8 years. You can have eyes on any of them at any time. I have been to Kalahari, it was overwhelming, so spread out. I would suggest this place to anyone. Very family oriented. Loved the dance party and story time.

Do not get a Royal Bear Suite if u enjoy quiet (they all share a wall with stairwells)! Room was ready 2 hours after check-in also. Was given a breakfast voucher for late room. once they moved us to a quieter room, all was good. Manager was very nice and accommodating. My 4 year old had a blast. Water park was great for the younger ones.

Great place for the family. Affordable, friendly and involved staff. LOTS of extra stuff to do. If you're a non-smoker you literally don't have to leave the resort. They sell basic amenities (toilet paper feminine products, toothpaste, etc.) beer wine and liquor and there's multiple places to eat.

We had a great time here. The Waterpark was really fun, the water and air temps were very comfortable. It was a nice get away, we purchased the all inclusive wolf passes for the kids and they got to do a lot of fun stuff. Only 4 out 5 stars though because I still spent $30 at build-a-bear for clothes, and the arcade credit lasted all of 3 minutes. I understand they need to make a profit, but the arcade was ridiculous.

It was pretty good. Staff was very nice and professional. My granddaughter lost her water pass band and they were very nice to get me another one. The room needed a bit of help though. We got a suite and pretty much most of the lights didn't work. The table was sticky. The water park was great. Doesn't have anything to do with the staff, but man you parents with kids really really need to keep an eye on them. I had to have staff help find 3 kids their parents. Most of the kids were list for about 15 each. But keep an eye on your kids. Otherwise it was a lot of fun.
