I ordered a late night meal online after work since I work nights on 2/14/2021 around 10:00pm. There was not an option to ask for drums only for the two orders of wings I ordered online on the app. I called the store and asked if I could do that and the employee just said “they’re already in, is that fine?” in an annoyed tone of voice. I just said “yeah that’s fine” just not wanting to deal with anything after a full day of work. I went to pickup the order and I walked in and the first thing I heard was offensive rap music blasting right by the door. Listening to music while working is one thing, but, make sure it’s appropriate and isn’t blasting so loud as soon as your customer walks through the door. The food was okay. We ordered one gluten free pizza and 2 10 piece wing orders. The pizza had no crust to grab, the cheese and toppings were over the entire thing, and one order of wings was doused in sauce, and another barely had sauce on it. Normally, we go to the Aurora Domino’s since it’s closer to our home, but, I thought I would just get it from Solon and get it on the way home and I won’t be doing that again. I’m sure others have had great experiences, and maybe this is just a one off bad time, but, it wasn’t a great experience this time.

Been a long time since I ordered dominos and I hesitated tonight. I should have listened to my gut feeling.nnPicked up a cold pizza with seasoning all over the crust after ordering specifically without. I am very allergic to seasonings like this. I called to let them know and they offered to remake it which I declined and asked for a refund. They said they would do that (I hope they do) and hung up. No apology at all ud83dude21.

I've ordered here multiple times and the food is great but there is a small blonde girl who works there that never has a mask on. I seen this on various occasions when I pick up my order and this needs to be addressed.
