Kyle did an outstanding job with cleaning out and installing a new water heater. I told him I am giving him an A plus for today's long and difficult installation. He is one of your best employees!nnJosh was here today to service the air conditioner unit. Because he assured me that he was wearing a state-of-the art mask, gloves, and booties, I felt safe letting him in to work in the basement. I helped by turning the thermostat on and off to the temperatures he wanted, so it all worked out well. He did a fine job!nnTom did a fine job today, taking the time to explain additional work needed. Good guy! Tom returned today to bring two new filters and install a hard start kit on the AC compressor. Did another fine job!

The service man was very professional.very personable. He came in, went right to work. He told me the things he noticed. Made suggestions. I was very pleased. I had another company come and do my cleaning last year (2019). I did not call them in 2020, because they were so rude. When PK Wadsworth called, it was music to my ears. Very happy with the appointment. I will have them come back to inspect and clean Yearly. The appointment was not arduous. THANK YOU!

Our heater stopped working very unexpectedly mid-winter. Called and had service scheduled same day, Clarence came out a few hours later and was able to immediately identify the issue and help us understand our options. He went and picked up the part came back and installed it and in less than 3 hours we had heat restored! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything very thoroughly

Heat went out on Saturday, my boiler was not pumping out properly. After a little research and glowing Google reviews I found PK Wadsworth and wasn’t disappointed. We stayed warm enough and waited on quality service and expertise in servicing boilers and we got it. Called Monday at 7:30 am and Rusty was at my house at 8:30 am. He was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. With a trip back to the shop for a new pump and doing everything necessary to get us back up and running and warm again he was finished by 11:30 am! Great job Rusty! Definitely will recommend to anyone in need.

Install complex steam humidifier with 3 zones. Very Professional workmanship. We even provided supper. P. K. Wadwsorth is a great team of talented technicians.nnWith the mild winter we have found our inside air to be uncomfortably dry. Eric proposed a way to add humidity and we're looking forward to the installation. We're long-time customers of P. K. Wadsworth and they have always delivered great service.
