I was really excited for this location to open. Unfortunately, like many places, the dressing rooms aren't open so it's very inconvenient to purchase and then return if items don't fit. The return process at most places, however, has been fairly smooth until today. I came in to return a sweater which, while trying it on at home, the price tag fell off. The sweater did not fit so I came to return it with price tag and receipt in hand and they wouldn't complete my return! Sorry was all I got. The cashier then turned to her coworker and they spoke Spanish to each other in front of me which is rude in and of itself. The price tag and description matched the item on the receipt, so I didn't understand why it was a big deal. I was able to get the price tag back on the sweater and will just return it to another location.
