The store was well decorated and had a decent selection. I felt that the music was a bit too loud and the furniture looked worn down. Overall, a nice experience.
good skate shop with good employees. they have a ton of clothes, you will find something u like!
I have been a customer of Zumiez for a long time but will stop being a customer as of today. I could not believe how an employee treated another customer. I can fully say this pos young employee berated an Hispanic customer accusing her of stealing a jacket from “someone’s porch”. Who the hell does he think he is accusing a customer this way.I’m sure this company can care less having 1 less customer. But this was un called for.
Good selection but could use better size organization
Excellent customer service. I came in with my two kids and the girl who helped us was immediately asking if I needed help finding anything and even entertained my son a bit so I could try on some shoes. I got a steal on the shoes too! I did the buy 1 get 1 pair half off!
