Very disappointed I purchased some jeans 3 years ago from buckle they were my fave and recently they wore out, I purchased new ones and unlike previous buckle pants these ones only held up with minimal use for about 4 months. I purchased some from Maurice's and so far they are wearing alot better. I wish I could get my money back I think pants should last longer I only wear jeans on weekends.
Always have a great experience here! The staff is always welcoming and helpful. If your size is not available, they ordered it for you; very accommodating. I've never had a bad experience here. Thank you!
Buckle consistently has amazing clothing and shoes. 4 stars as opposed to 5 because we had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for someone to ask if they could help us...unusual for Buckle.
I have many friends that love Buckle. I ordered a few things online that didn’t work so I went into the store to exchange. I could not have been more impressed with the staff, in particular, Shannon. She was amazing! She showed me things that fit my style that I probably wouldn’t have otherwise thought about or considered. And they worked! She was the expert that I have been desperately needing.
Very helpful people here and it's an easy place to shop at. They have some great stuff for many styles.
