Excellent customer service the personal and cashiers are so kind and friendly they are always willing to help you find items that you don’t localized, that is always a plus💯💯💯💯totally recommended
We showed up at this location almost at 8pm. On their doors it said they were open until 9pm! A blonde lady that worked there came to the door and said we are closed because people in line to check out is an hr wait, nobody was in line. It was just my man, baby and me trying to go in. This place deserves zero stars. Not only for last nights but another time my man went in they followed him around the entire time! (Smh)
Great place to find brand names items for cheap. I normally get my bath and face care stuff here plus cheap shoes.
The store is clean. It has a nice stock. However they are constantly under staffed. Currently standing in a line of 10 people to one cashier. I feel bad for the cashier, people are getting mad at her, when she is doing all she can. Burlington Coat Factory stop being so cheap an staff your store with at least 2 cashiers.
Purchased a pair of pants from this location and wore them one time. I washed them and the zipper broke. When I tried swap them out for the exact same pair I was told I couldn't because I washed them. That makes no sense to me. If they're broke you can not resell them. I'm not trying to game the system. I got a bad product it happens sometimes when you mass produce anything. Just wanted to get exactly what I purchased that was not defective.
