She was EXCELLENT. We did not have great experiences with other seamstresses as they were very expensive or didn’t do what we asked. We had some last minute issues with my wedding dress and she was able to do important alterations quickly for a super reasonable price. She was kind and explained what she was going to do in a way that helped me understand the process. Because of her great and quick work, my wedding dress is going to be even more amazing on my wedding day!!! Would recommend her to anyone in the salt lake county area for anything wedding dress related
I bought my wedding dress online (first mistake), guessed at the size in anticipation of weight loss (second mistake), and waited until 2 weeks before my wedding to get it altered as I was still losing weight for the big day (HUGE mistake).

Jay did an incredible job altering my wedding dress! She changed the neckline on my dress and took in the back slightly. The dress fits perfectly! I would definitely go to her again for future alterations! Prices were really fair and she was very responsive and easy to work with.

She's so easy to work with and did all my alterations perfectly and just like I wanted. She asks a lot of questions to make sure she understands what you're wanting and also gives you different options when you're unsure.
