To be fast food they are slow at times and the customer service can be better. I guess it depends who is managing. Crew members represent the managers.

When I ask for extra sauce or syrup they never give it to me, I always tell them I will pay for them and then when I look in my bag it's never in there but I paid for them. It's not that hard to put sauce in bag, it's the easiest part of the job. It's not hard to listen to the customers.
