Called to get a prescription transferred from another pharmacy. Half-hour wait on hold, they tell me in can't be done because the other pharmacy is a mail order. Then they hung up on me because I pushed to talk to the pharmacist... called another CVS and it was done no questions asked!!!

I hate to say it, but for a while there, I was considering changing pharmacies, because I often found the service to be rude and dismissive. However, the ship has been righted. Jill's the consummate professional and is always a pleasure to deal with, and Vicki (who I just met the other day) provided A+ customer service. They were really, really, busy, and she had the entire team calm, cool and collected. Keep up the great work! Chris

at least their lines are shorter than their receipts, which are 5 feet too long. tread carefully or you might walk over a midget. there's always a midget in here
