Great CVS. Clean, easy to find items, extended hours. They have a great beauty consultant, Sharon Hamel. She has recommended multiple products that I love, saving me $$$. The cashiers are pleasant and helpful. Wish I knew them all by name. Dipta is great. Great supply of COVID items like hand sanitizer, wipes, and masks.
CVS' Minute Clinic for flu shots will make appointments for seniors (65+) without checking stock for high dose flu shots. Do not waste your time making an appointment, instead call the pharmacy and check that there may have it for walk-ins. However beware of long wait times on the phone. CVS has no business performing vaccinations if this is their service level
The current layout is a nightmare. Gone are the old isles laid out in a perfect grid left to right. it now it looks like someone threw up a spaghetti dinner. Good luck finding anything. Oh and the parking is in the back for some god-awful reason. Won’t be going back.
I entered the store at 6:30 am (July 21). Few workers didn't wear masks, and a maintenance person, a painter, didn't have a mask as well.nI quickly escaped the viruses, will never come back to this lousy store.n(I wish there was as an option to zero stars, or an option to officially complain)
THEY LIE TO CUSTOMERSnnDon’t buy prepaid cards here. Went in for a prepaid card, was told it costs $2 plus deposit, didn’t get to hold the thing because of covid protections and had to look at it from 6ft away. Got home and it turns out the card has a $8/mo fee that activates the 1st time the card is used. They are violating Mass. truth in advertising laws and selling prepaid cards without giving the full details
