Costumer service was amazing! I had a crying baby in the store and was in line at the checkout and they managed to quickly finish up my sell items and get me out of there in no time. I could really tell they cared. Will be back again, hopefully with no screaming baby 🙌🏻
Really like this Kid to Kid. I nearly always find something that meets what I’m looking for. And they usually have a unique toy in great condition that I’m excited to get my son. The staff are friendly and quick.
Good stuff in store. Brought in new items. Just couldn't sell them outright on KSL myself - too emotionally charged. But the cash back for these wasn't even a dollar per item though they were brand new.
Word to the wise: If/when your child doesn't 100% LOVE what you have bought for them... RETURN IT immediately to the store you purchased from!
Children KNOW what they want and don't want... even if they won't EVER step foot onto a store with you.
Wasted energy to hold onto items for the season in case they might want, might need - don't. Send it back around. Kid2Kid makes this easy.
