2 Dry fish sandwiches ask for extra cheese did not get it
Slow service they get orders mixed up easily
Me and my dogs love their plain double cheeseburgers; they r very tasty. It is an occasional treat. I drove thru today, 3/21/21 and they were closed, though. Sign on door but I did not get out of my car to read it. Me and my doggies were disappointed ☹ufe0f. Other cars pulled in and then turned around and left. Hmmm, what's up?
Absolutely awful!! My family and I come to visit Ohio from Tennessee, and decided to stop at this McDonald’s for some lunch. Wasn’t at the drive through for two minutes before we were asked 3 times what our order was, when we told the woman to give us a second. Then the last time she told me if we were going too take long we could come inside. Hadn’t been there a total of 3 minutes, with no one behind us. The place was completely empty. I now know why. This place is absolutely the definition of awful customer service. I wouldn’t even rate them a one star, but it was the only way to write a review!
Always so slow. Doesn’t have any breakfast items that they sell all day. The 2nd star is only for the friendliness of staff.
