This was my very first time purchasing a car of my own, so at first, I was extremely nervous. Kenneth White was my Sales Rep and if I could rate my experience with Ken 100000, I would in a heartbeat.nnKenneth made an overwhelming life experience seem so simplistic...he was extremely patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Kenneth had my full trust from the start, and that is very unlike me to say about someone (especially people I do not know). Sometimes those who work in sales can be very pushy, but I did not sense that with him. As a matter of fact, he allowed me to go at a pace that I was comfortable with.nnMy only complaint with the experience that I had, was in the finance office. I do not remember the gentleman’s name since we only met with him once, however, his name is Italian. After purchasing my car, he was being very assertive and pushy about purchasing an extended warranty on the car (which would be another $1,650. I did not feel comfortable with that as it was out of my budget, and felt as if he did not want to take no for an answer. He then kept making comments towards my boyfriends family saying things like “Well, if she doesn’t get the extended warranty, gets into an accident and something happens to her car, I don’t know what to tell you. She would have to pay for it all”. He then kept saying things like “I made sure to put an extended warranty on my daughters car”. “If you opt out now, you can’t get it later”. “It’s only $300 a year”. “Is it not worth only being $1,650 for seven years?”.nnI understand that it is his job to promote things and make sales, however, being only 22 and purchasing a car on my own with no help, it was just out of my price range. There was a point that I began to feel very uncomfortable and anxious in his office as did my boyfriends mother. I just do not believe that he handled everything properly.nnAside from that, the rest of the experience was wonderful and I am more than happy with my new car. I will be sure to recommend Acton Toyota to friends and loved ones! Thank you, Acton Toyota!

The service department at Acton Toyota have always taken great care of me and my car since 2010. Every service advisor I've had was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer any questions I had.

I bring my car here for service and they do a pretty good job most of the time. However, they're extremely expensive, and they are really not very good with any job that involves any part of the car that has any rust on it. They seem most comfortable with cars less than 4 years old (mine is 15, so there's a bit of a disconnect there). I've had to take my car down the street to Nashoba Garage several times to handle jobs that were outside of Acton Toyota's abilities.

Jim Sullivan was really good to me. I called prior, very easy on phone. When we made the appointment to drive the car, the car was in front ready to go, very easy going. Highly recommend him.
