Where to start!? First of all, this was my first experience working with a dealership. Never walked through this process before, so was a bit nervous. From the moment I reached out just inquiring about a vehicle listed online, until I left the lot in my new vehicle, Matthew and Andrew literally held my hand the whole way. They were prompt to respond, answered all my annoying questions, even created a beautifully laid out comparison on pricing so I could understand all of my options and choices. They were very transparent the entire time. Never pushed or prodded, and were extremely professional and friendly. Being a first-time buyer from a dealership, this process took under and hour all-in-all. They made it super effortless, super easy, and were so patient with me. Thank you both so much for helping me through my nerves and excitement! My husband and I could not be happier! If you're shopping around for a car with those preconceived jitters/nerves - don't. These gentlemen were absolutely wonderful.

Would rate this dealership higher if I could! I love my GMC Terrain, Matt did an amazing job walking me through my car buying process, he was so patient and answered every question I had. I just went in for my inspection sticker and they made the process super quick and easy. Will definitely be going back there for all my vehicle maintenance needs and I would highly recommend Swanson Buick GMC if you’re looking for a new car!

I had a problem with the steering on my Verano Dave listen to my problem and did his best to have it fixed. So far everything looks good. Dave always takes time to answer all questions and thatday he arranged for a loaner . Great dealer and service department.

I brought my 2019 GMC Terrain to Swanson for an inspection sticker. The staff was very nice and they had my car in out and within 20 minutes. Will definitely be going back there for future appointments and maintenance.
