As the second member of my family to purchase a new vehicle here, I have been quite pleased at having been treated much better than at any other dealer in forty years of buying new cars.nIn addition, after owning that car for seven years and always having it serviced here, I just purchased my second new vehicle from them.
Brought my Subaru in for some dash lights that kept coming on, and they were able to get in within a couple of days of calling, and provided me loaner. A couple of days later had a similar problem, and yet again they were able to get me in and provide me with a loaner. Also, kept me updated with what the codes were and the estimated day it would be complete. I would highly recommend the service team at Village Subaru
The level of professionalism is atrocious, the general manager in the front office verbally abuses his employees and has a terrible attitude. Service is also a joke and didnt even care to what I had to say to them. I would be terrified to work here under that man let alone purchase a vehicle from here!
Bought a car and it needs an engine at this point...but if you appreciate a clean vehicle, you can't beat them.
I own 4th Subaru and always bring my cars to Village Subaru dealership. I 100% trust this service department, staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.
