Terrible customer service!! Not accommodating,nabrupt and rude! Will not go back!!! Went over to Maynard motors for the inspection sticker and received complete opposite customer service!! Accommodating kind and quick and helpful.

Suddenly the staff has become rude and inconsiderate at Christmas Motors. I pulled in and asked about an inspection. I was told to wait 1 hr and then that I had to disable or cover my fog lights because they were too bright!?! Same vehicle was previously inspected there without any issues. Same fog lights. The mechanics are unpredictable and make up arbitrary rules. I will avoid this shop in the future.
