In and out in less than 30 minutes to get inspection sticker on a Saturday. Awesome service. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I have had parts replaced for free under warranty. I live on the other side of Worcester and drive out of my way these days to take my car in for work here.

Bought my truck here and chose to get the added warranty coverage. My AC was not blowing cold. I dropped my truck off and had it back to me in under 24 hrs. blowing icy and at NO CHARGE. I realize my warranty provided me that, but the turnaround time was entirely on these guys and headed into a hot August, it was wildly appreciated!!

I had the best car buying experience at Colonial! My initial encounter was with Shawn through email. I think I sent over 20 emails asking him tons of questions. He was so professional and patient. He answered every single question thoroughly. I finally scheduled an appointment in person and met with Adam. I had to take my 4 year old daughter with me and I loved how he made her included in the experience. She was so excited to get a new car! —He even took the time to show her the 3rd row, and showed her how to put her iPad in the holder. Adam was professional, friendly, and explained every step. I finally met with Mike in finance. Mike answered all my questions I had and I never felt pressured into adding any extras. The staff here are amazing! I am so glad I made the drive to them. Thank you Colonial, we are loving our new Traverse!

Completely recommend using their services. I had scheduled an appointment but due to the issue I was having, they immediately took care of me. The rep was respectful and informative. Will definitely continue going there for my car services
