The pizza was made exactly as I asked. I asked for extra sauce and there was actually extra sauce. Most pizza places skimp on sauce even if you ask for extra. I asked for squares and I got square pieces. No skimping on the toppings either. Well done!

I am very displeased with the service of Pizza Hut. I haven’t ate here in years and the one time my family and I decided to grab something quick and easy... waste of time!nnWe ordered our food at 6:40pm and didn’t receive it until 9:50-10:00pm..... after two hours of waiting for the pizza to be delivered my boyfriend asked to pick it up and they told him NO, stating that it was on the way. Two more hours went by and I called again and was told it should be out for delivery. Four hours for a pizza that was not made correctly, poor service, cold pizza and no apology. Not to mention the QualitynnNever again ud83dudc4eud83cudffd

The meals and service were beyond our expectations. I truly liked the environment of this spot. Extraordinary place to take my family out for lunch.

I ordered two large pizzas last night. One was hand tossed,double bacon and pepperoni with a garlic blend on the crust. The other was pan, sausage, green olive and banana pepper with garlic blend on the crust. The first pizza hard less than just a single order of bacon on it let alone double and no crust seasoning. The second pizza also had no crust seasoning and NO banana peppers at all. I ordered through the mobile app, I read the receipt, I put everything in correctly but it was not made to order. This is the second time this has happened but I figured the first time was a fluke. It obviously is not. I strayed away from Pizza Hut for several years due to continued issues with our family orders (not just my house hold but those of my family members as well) and didn’t feel it was worth the money to not get what I ordered. Three times this year I have ordered from Pizza Hut for the first time since those years and I am feeling like I made the right choice the first time. The ONLY thing that ever makes it to me correctly is the breadsticks which have been a favorite since I was a child. Sadly that won’t be enough to keep my business.
