Went to UDF off of National Rd. today. Ordered a chocolate shake. I was about to pull out of the parking lot and thought it wasn’t quite thick enough. Walked back in and asked for a thicker one and was pleasantly surprised how attentive an employee, Joyce, was. She remade the shake, no charge, and it was just what I wanted. Great customer service; will be back soon.
We went in for chocolate malts. The place was clean, everyone was friendly. The malts were delicious as always! Thank you UDF night shift ud83dude0a
New workers are rude as can be. Takes incredibly long to make shakes. Ignores customers and gives really bad attitude towards us. Very unpleasant welcomes, very disappointed especially since we go there all the time and now all this bad stuff is happening.
I go there often for milk and donuts. Very clean. The people working there are just the best, too.
Best ice in the whole world.
