The printer didn't work so we couldn't tell if the coupons were applied. Got the wrong drink in the wrong size. Had to beg to find out how much was charged to our card. Took five opening and closing of the window to get our order. It was their latest promotion but still took 10 minutes. People behind us were not happy: they should have asked us to pull forward. No one looked over 21 and I don't think they cared.

My chicken wasn't fried fresh and 2 pieces of pickle I had to bring it home and add tomato lettuce and mayo to make a decent sand. And by then chicken was worse have to go some to top chicken place.

This morning at 7:30am I was treated by gruff employee over the loud speaker. Even though I feel like I spoke loudly and clearly I was asked to repeat my order 2 times. There was also no indication of an order on the feedback screen. When I got to the cash window the employee was pleasant enough. When I got to the food window I was not greeted and my food was quickly shoved towards my car. I get it, customer service skills may not be so sharp in the morning but this is the job thet signed up to work for. Anyway I didn't notice I did not have a receipt but when I got home I had the wrong food and it wasn't warm and fresh and the hash towns were far too salty. Over all a very negative experience from my local mcdonald's.

Everyday after 3pm when I go to this particular establishment trying to order an iced coffee they say that their machine is down! Every time!! They also don’t answer their telephone! Corporate or the owner needs to be made aware and to fix this issue if there is really one or just a matter of them not wanting to clean the machine for the next shift!

It has it good day's like... 3 good days out of the year and yes I'm talking about 365 days.
