I have been going to this location for almost 5 years, and in the 5 years the customer service has been lacking. But recently they hired a young outgoing individual (Meliek) that never misses an opportunity to make any customer feel welcome.
Always cheerful and happy to help anyway he can. He has stepped up and really changed the vibe in this location for the better.
Meliek was very nice and welcoming to me. We talked about the jewelry we were both wearing...and he was above and beyond a good guy. Will definitely stop in again.
Meliek is awesome. He should be running that place if he isn't. I see him every day. He remembers me every time. He always has something funny to say. I work across the street and it is nice to have a quick break and swing by.
Love going to this maverick because of Maliek. I've been in customer service for 33 years and this gentleman has it down. Always happy and helpful. He told me he's "trying to change our business." He already has in the best possible way.
Every time I visit this store, I go in hoping Maleik is working. He is good energy! He's extremely friendly and very good at his job. It's rare these days to encounter excellent customer service, but that's just what he provides- each and every time I or my husband have been in. We both think he should get a raise, and probably a promotion!
