I went in on a day that had a special for two medium smoothies for $10. Despite that, I ordered 2 Large smoothies. After leaving I realized that I had received 2 Medium smoothies. I looked at my receipt and had been charged for 2 Larges. (over $20) . I called and the manager apologized and told me that I would have a $10 credit (or a free Large smoothie) the next time I came in under my name. When i went to redeem this, i was told there was no way to validate it and they couldn't offer me what was promised. Normally I love this place, and am a frequent customer. I understand that people make mistakes but I also would like to receive what I pay for, or for it to be made right. I will not be going back.

Went early on a Saturday, the girl working was there alone but she was doing a great job managing all the online orders and the rush of customers. My smoothies were delicious as always
