GREAT SERVICE!! In the last 8 years of visiting this location I have had one experience that I had unfairly gave a bad review. Today I'm trying to make it right by letting future customers know that you will not find better service or employees at McDonald's than this location. They do it right and the food is always fresh and made with pride. I would give 6 stars if possible..

This McDonald's was amazing..simply because when I asked for ketchup and napkins. Lady responded with already in the bag. Its been too long since I've heard those words. Good job drive thru lady and keep being awesome.
This location is usually pretty good with customer service. Dual drive through lines. Be careful when you exit going East bound on Cornell, as you have to cross two lanes of frequently busy cross traffic.
Went to this location for lunch at 11:30 today. Ordered 2 Quarter Pounders with cheese. They made me pull forward to wait for our food. Got back to our hotel room. BOTH sandwiches were RAW! DISGUSTING! Had to throw them away. Went back at 4:30pm today, bonehead move, for only 2 large unsweetened iced tea. Screen read unsweetened, cashier said unsweetened to me. Got back to the hotel. 1 unsweetened, the other, sweet and tasted old. I have been trying to reach them by phone for over an hour. Busy line. Do NOT waste your time or money on this place. You will be extremely disappointed.
