Main Event West Chester

I haven't been in a few years but tonight this staff was amazing. I had to wait a few hours for bowling but Noah and Nick was absolutely amazing at the the counter. If they are going to work at Main Event I will continue you come back. Food still took a long time but the customer service was on point. Thank you for a great family experience.

The staff was very friendly. My granddaughter 16th birthday went excellent. The place was very clean. The only problem I had was the large pizza I had ordered. The dough was very bubbly and three pieces out of the whole pizza we're not edible unless you just wanted to eat dough with a little bit of sauce on it. It had no cheese no pepperoni just bubbled up with a little sauce. Need to come up with a better way to make pizza and put toppings on better. Other than that it's a great place and we'll be back.

After spending over $1200 here since the beginning of the year (4/11/2021) I decided I will never give them my business again. Managers have no idea how to run a business or treat customers. Bartenders are never available, ignore you and when you finally get service, and then seem agitated that they have to do their job.nnToday’s experience after paying $68 for 3 of us to bowl, we had to wait 2 hours. When we finally got a lane, their was no server. I asked 4 employees if I could order a beverage in a 30 minute span and nobody came. The servers were to busy leaning on the counter talking to each other. So I walked over and interrupted them to demand a soda since nobody seemed interested.nnAfter our given 1 hour of bowling we walked up to the front desk to request more time as we were in the middle of a game. The lady said she couldn’t do that and that we’d have to put our name on the list and wait 2- 2 1/2 hours. Absolutely disgusted with how much business I give them to be treated like that.nnAnd don’t bother trying to complain to management. If you’re lucky enough to even find a manager, they’re to busy to talk to you or will have an attitude. If operating under covid restrictions is to challenging for this business and their employees, I would suggest you shut down until further notice.nI will never be back, and I know management doesn’t care. Good riddance

This was the perfect place to start our spring break off. My family and another family was able to laser tag and bowl with the option of food and the amazing arcade. Thanks so much 4 the environment

We had a good time at main event west Chester, kids enjoyed all the amenities they had to offer. Food was great. I gave it a 2 star because service wasn't great, employees were more interested in socializing with each other, and even though there are tons of hand sanitizing stations throughout the building, we saw noone wiping off games or equipment the while time we were there. We were sat at a dirty table, and watched employees seat multiple families at tables over and over without even cleaning it.
