New to area first time in all around good everything happy happy
This pizza hut never gets my order right didn't bother calling it was close to closing time. Don't plan to return to this location. Should have looked at it before I left the store, but with Covid .You don't want to be opening Up your food out in the open.ud83dude21
What a joke pizza hut. A discredit to the brand. We picked contactless delivery, where they're supposed to notify you when your order gets there, because they never updated our pizza tracker on the website. We called twice asking for the whereabouts of our pizza. We talked to 2 different people who had no clue where it was and assured us it would be there soon. Turns out it had been sitting out on the porch cold. No knock, no call, nothing. Refused to refund us for cold food. Never ordering from them again
Well where should I start? When I got home and opened the pizza box it was very dry and overcooked. There was hardly any sauce on it and some of the toppings were burnt. I waited a long time for service when I went in and the guy in front of me was having trouble with his order as well. I don't eat pizza very often but I'm sure I'll never want to get one from here again.
When I arrived the young man who came to the register was very dry and sounded like he didn't want to be there. The customer service was pretty bad.
