Food was good but long lines

6:54pm sitting in the drive-thru for the past 15 minutes and haven't even ordered my food yet.nn7:10pm finally ordered food and the young lady taking it was extremely rude and told me to repeat my order, (3 medium #9's w/sprite) 3x as if she wasn't listening.nn7:19 just now paying for food. If I was not trapped in this line I would left 30 minutes ago. At this point I feel like I need to be reimbursed for gasnn7:29 almost 40 minutes later finally received my food. young man was very nice and confirmed order before handing it out to us. Food is hot and not missing any items. Still have no plans of ever returning to this location

2/17/21...After an early morning appointment, my son & I swung by the drive thru for breakfast. The woman at the window you pay at was pleasant & patient. The guy at the pick up window, not so much. But, hey, we all have that occasionally bad day, right? My son & I both loved our breakfast sandwiches, he loved his hashbrown & I loved my vanilla iced coffee.

I usually don't eat McDonald's and I NEVER WILL NOR WILL I BUY IT FOR MY CHILDREN!! The worse customer service I've experienced!! I went on TWO different days and each experience was no better than the other. The wait time in the drive thru was horrible, it was at least ten minutes that I sat between paying for my meal and waiting to get it, they have a young crew on night shift that play around and don't care, when I finally got my food it was cold, I ordered a large meal and my fries were half way filled and of course they were cold and hard..my fish sandwich was saturated in Tatar sauce and sloppy...and the young girl at the window was so rude!! Never will I go to them again! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON TERRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICEud83dude20
