Ordered my food at 11pm and y’all stop delivering at 1.... I never got my food after I even spoke to someone over the phone asking where my order was! Wow
3rd time we order and there is something wrong. Not in getting our order wrong but quality of the pizzas. 2 times our pizzas were not pre sliced...just a whole pizza. And I called and complained and gave us a refund. I'm not really a fan of dominos order them once in a while mostly for big get togethers, mostly last minute kid of thing. They're cheap and fast. And we ordered to pick up and ordered $5.99 medium pizzas although I upgraded it to get the specialty pizzas so that was an additional $3.99 each pizza. I picked it up and when I arrive it took them like a good 5 mins to notice I was there because they were busy talking to each other and the driver that came in had to let them know I was there waiting. And when I got home I saw my pizza this way only half of the pizza had topping on it. I called right away and they did not want a refund me my money and only gave me a credit. I informed here of all the other 2 times of how they are not doing their quality checks correctly and I didn't want a credit because I no longer want to give them my service. She was apologizing but didn't seem very concerned and apologetic. Just terrible quality and customer service. They used to be better than this. Sorry for the long post!
