I placed an order today for delivery. Large cheese pizza and 12 piece chicken bites. Got to my house before 30min. Still hot and it tasted great. Excellant service and good food!
Poor management, AWFUL service. We always have small issues at this location, but never enough to make a big deal until today. Our dominos tracker said that our order was ready. When we went to pick up, we waited at the store for over 25 minutes before it was actually ready. Also witnessed a person making pizzas yell at the cashier when she asked for a timeframe on my order. SO unprofessional.
I’ve ordered from here a few times and I’ve never had an issue until today. The app said my food had been delivered, but 20 minutes later, it still was not delivered. We called the restaurant and they said it was one the way and then they called us back 5 minutes later saying it was delivered a while ago and that they had called my cell phone and I never answered... never got a phone call, never received the food, and the woman on the phone was extremely rude and told us that we would still be charged and was unsure if they would be able to resend our order. Get new delivery drivers or retrain your staff to be somewhat pleasant.
Domino’s in Hudson is great! They do a good job with pizza. Always delivers quickly. Never any issues!
