Every time I order from this one, they are anything but freaky fast and my most recent order I placed I waited 80 minutes and when I called to check on it, they said it was already delivered. Awesome. Never had a problem with my address before. Hope the stranger who got my food enjoyed it. Deleting my JJ app as I will never give this company my business again. The one I order from at work sucks too.

The last few times I’ve ordered it has taken an absurd amount of time to arrive (almost 2 hours). First time I ordered the sub was made wrong with almost no toppings at all and was missing 4 ingredients/toppings (just bread and chicken). They made it right the second time around, and managed to get it back in 15 minutes. Then again ordered for lunch break and might as well have just went somewhere else. Missed lunch break because once again, it took an hour to arrive. I don’t know if more drivers need hired, or if everyone is just craving jimmy johns at the same time. Either way, I wouldn’t consider it freaky fast.

Walked into the store that had a sign stating they were open. There was also another sign stating that customers are welcome to order inside as long as distance is kept and a mask worn. Ok, no problem right? As soon as I was inside the two employees in there just stared at me not saying a word. I was super confused and asked if they were open. The employee behind the counter said something, and I didn’t hear her so I asked again. Then the employee not behind the counter barked at me that she was closed because she had no bread left. Yet there was bread behind the counter on the bread rack :/ I said, ok I’m sorry and dipped out embarrassed as hell... whooooops never coming here again

Rude and incompetent staff! They get very upset if you try to take items off of subs and guaranteed they will screw up your order. I think its time to stop wasting my money at this establishment. The only reason I even continue is due to the drive thru. Three times in the last three weeks they screwed up my order. All I asked was for no vinegar and oil so they took off mayo as well and mark it no sauce. It's really not complicated.
