Soooo Pizza Hut just messed my order up and I have to wait another 20 minutes for my pizza because they messed it up. No discount for the inconvenience just a sorry young gentleman.... I haven’t eaten at Pizza Hut for a long time but decided to try the impossible meat because they sent me a text message. I’m unsubscribing from their alerts; just go to mikeys late night slice. Also when the second pizza was made it still wasn’t what I asked for. I decided to get my money back and not eat there.
My pizza ended up extremely soapy tasting, never had this happen before. I now just stick to the other sawmill PH location out of an abundance of caution to avoid the same thing from happening. Don’t know if the pan was supposed to be included in the box or if they did it on accident.
Absolutely horrible! Waited over 2 hours for pizza delivery spent $75 the entire order was wrong, cold and inedible! Called store to have the situation fixed and they did nothing but offer a measly $35 store credit and thats only because I asked what they could do. Take your business elsewhere!! If I could give it zero stars I would!!!
